Honed in the liberal arts at the undergraduate and graduate levels, Prof. Pandya has done intensive work in literature, philosophy and psychology in the USA and Canada. He has lectured at some of the most prestigious universities, colleges and medical associations the world over including

His work is featured in the two award wining documentaries by the National Film Board of Canada titled, Healing and the Captive Mind. His articles, books, and audio and video cassettes are used by several companies all over the country.
Prof. Pandya's seminars/workshops are based on the modern research in management, psychology, behavior sciences, Western thought and Eastern wisdom. On personal level, they motivate the participants to realize their full potential, and at organisational level, they help foster understanding, successful business agreement, increased productivity and team work.
A student of Indian classical music (sitar), he has trained under Padmavibhushan Dr. Ali Akbar Khan and Padmabhushan Mrs. Annapurna Devi for many years in California and India.
